Lu's Train Station, Weyburn's No Frill$ - Serious Training gym has an annual 12 week fitness challenge. This year we are being featured on our local cable company, SaskTel Max Local on Demand once again. For a new twist Sergej created a special project within the contest, NEW LEASE ON LIFE in which 8 individuals were chosen based on their essay written to be in the special group that receives daily workouts and guidance throughout the 12 weeks. Be sure to watch and tune in for Part 2. Weyburn's most reputable trainers, Sergej Sinicin and Laura "lu" Weber have another fantastic, successful year!
