I love that the "clean tone" has enough hair on it to do classic rock...
-
why the heck do they call it 'soft' distortion overdrive? Nothing soft about it

@BLCKBRDLS1 Well, A) do not judge final quality by a metal dirtbox, EVER. and B) exact reproductions of the 80s 9 series are exactly what people want, so don't blame Maxon for fulfilling demand.
-
@Ilovemyfender2 Im well aware they made them. A) I was referring to the fact that they simply reissued the nine series under their name and just altered the colors and some of the names to be different. And B I bought the Maxon Super Metal before I had the Ibanez version and it was a load of crap. Twice the price and half the tone. The Ibanez one has a wide range of tone when you alter the drive. The Maxon one barely changes at all when you lower the drive.
fuckin retard. Maxon pedals dont look like Ibanez pedals.....Ibanez pedals look like Maxon pedals!!! Maxon used to make all of ibanez;s stuff...
