Sorry and the same with the right hand in your 'superman' crutch. Keeping it flat would increase the force through the core and upper body. Think of it as an extra pulley in the body, the more pulleys the easier the weight is to lift. Less pulleys make it heavier.

Back row would be more effective if your feet remained planeted on the surface of the floor. It would produce more resistance as you can not 'spring' from the lower body but you would have to engage your back and core more to lift your body weight from the lower position, what do you think? I like it though just some constructive criticism.

TRX circuit rocks. I did some of your pendulum work on the TRX today, Didn't squat as low, clients couldn't do that. I'm gonna get on it for me though!! thanks again! I did that "boomerang" at the TRX cert. It sucks, super hard to start on hands then decelerate to forearm w/out crashing.

@TimeDefeater first song, i forgot but it is from audioslave. second song is called "i don't know anything" by mad season. I'll get on a core workout without the trx :)
