Ketchupbot + 20th Century Fox Theme on a Flute

The following video is a beautiful artistic allegory to modern capitalism, the evolving dilatoriness of humankind, and the increasing demand for streamlined and rapid operations to be committed by people other than the eventual consumers.

The machinery begins its task with a simple test of skill. Not caring when the test proves to be unsatisfactory; it begins its job immediately. The drum roll at the preface of the 20th Century Fox theme signals the entering of corporate advertisement in what was initially simple and light- hearted. Initially, the corporate message is thunderous and commanding. Within seconds, however, the true nature of the corporation is revealed through a tawdry issuance of a cheap wind instrument.

The corporate propaganda continues its eternally meretricious declaration, as the machine begins applying ketchup to a row of processed foods. The machine works blindly; without care or interest in the task at hand, as it knows that it will not be the one to receive these foods. It moves in a pattern not unlike that of a minimum wage factory job.

It has only one purpose, yet it is not capable of concern. The puppet slave wants and seeks nothing more than to be finished with its job so that it may cease activity and continue existing in purposeless stupor.
The ketchup dispensing machine's uncaring nature leaves behind stains of sauce, like blood spilt in a corporate regime. A footprint of disorder and filth; a trail of clues leading to that which is both victim and culprit.
