Maybe, Ronnie Wood, would have been acceptable but no fucking way, should've never hooked up Stewart, should've kept him knudged off.

This is the kind of unexpected gem that youtube is so good at digging up. Very beautiful and great to see them having so much fun.

This is why you don't join a band with Rod Stewart and Ronnie Wood in it.
You can be an awesome singer, and a great guitarist, and still look plain amateurish compared to those two.
Ronnie Lane's as good a singer, and musician as say Paul McCartney or John Lennon.
Guys like Rod Stewart and Elvis Presley or Marvin Gaye make that level look plain poor though

I was a Faces fan around this time onwards but can't remember this from TOTP, I thought they only played chart singles but it seems from this that they played the odd album track . Was this a Faces special or something? What a cool happy chap Ronnie Lane was , so sad he's gone but he'll not be forgotten.
