Autonomy from the federal government in states, cities and towns is such a unique characteristic of the USA. And because of it, I hope the entire US will start doing something without relying on that Bush idiot.
That's great that local governments are taking it upon themselves to to protect their citizens health. No need to wait on Washington, we do not need their permission to clean up our air!
