Hertz Donut- 3bular (secret level)

Inspired by 2bular from FML. The message at the beginning explains why cheating is very hard. The hack's already released, so what's the point in keeping it hidden any longer?

@DJWebb32 Only other good SNES emulator is bsnes, which is much harder to use. Just use snes9x, it's not just for TASers (and honestly, ZSNES is the worst emulator ever).

when i try to play the hack on zsnes i get a message that says "spc700 stall detected"

any idea what that is or how to fix it?
