I'm a recent father and have been denied even seeing my twins, they are only 3 months old. At first I thought I was going to never see my kids but I'm slowly learning that just because I'm a man that DOES NOT mean I have no rights. Despite what the mother tries to intimidate me with.

@Red0660: "Speaking out" doesn't do jack...folks have been speaking out for years and nothing has changed. ONLY CHANGE will happen when (1) judges are voted out specifically for their family law decisions, and folks protest them in their own residential neighborhoods saying that they abuse children with their decisions; and/or (2) there's a nationwide civil rights like movement -- but #2 will never happend cuz dads are too lazy or want OUT as soon as their case is over.

@sailshane Judging from the way you respond to people when challenged I'd say you were a prettty volatile parent. Probably a bully, full of unresolved anger. . .I'd say you were were the victim of oppressive parenting yourself

@whotookaegir That is absolutely soo true and you are so wise and you have such subtle capacity to intrepret human nature and read between the lines. Your instincts are so honed. I wish I had the capacity you have to see and analyse things. I am sure you must be a professor of philosophy and you must be on the Dean's list not to mention you graduated magna cum laude. Most attorneys & women's supporters advise moms to make False Abuse Allegations as normal, primary means to win custody & divorce, winner takes all. 3/4 of divorced DADS in my area experience false allegations PLUS parental alienation.
Most parental alienation accompanies HER false allegations resulting in mothers having sole custody with most dads alienated from their kids.
Most GAL's & other court hangers-on support the rot lest they lose their seat at this banquet on children's flesh.

PAS hurts. Many don't know what it is. The child is placed into a position to choose sides and becomes a "team member" with the alienator. Children should be discouraged to HATE. Alienators conveniently turn a blind eye, because they want the child to hate the other parent...
