@DMSwordsmaster actually it was a "error screen." It was spoofing how in some RPGs, or "point and click"-style adventure games if you chose an option like that at an inappriate time it would say something like "Who are you talking to?" if you chose "talk" when nobody is there.

When I got my GBA cam i was so disappointed. It being GBA, I thought it would be filled with new fun features and games and stuff. But in reality it was just a low quality camera, which was a bit better than GBC camera.
I didn't use it much. Such a sad fate.

No wonder the earthbound song is in the credits: if you look carefully at the credits, you can see a guy named Phil Sandhop, which is a guy who worked on the never realeased Earthbound for the NES! He maybe decided to add the Earthbound song in the credits as a tiny surprise for earthbound fans!
