It's standard procedure for military people to be as solemn as possible in varying types of processions... I raved about this guy about a year ago and will refresh his memory that even though Ohio voted for this idiot that we have in office, his reassuring wink should become more of a finger now with a higher unemployment rate in this country... I TOLD YOU SO, LAST YEAR.. 2.7%higher unemployment in Ohio alone in just one year...THnak You

This is what happens if you march in too many St. Patrick's Day Parades! Sure, that kind of slack saluting is ok for the Luck o'the Irish on March 17. But this was a Presidential Parade. Civvy Pipe bands like this are just not up to par for ceremonial events like this. How many times do we hear those same old off-key Irish tunes played by pipe bands like this at local events while they slump by. Coleman shoud watch the Edinburgh Military Tattoo to see how proper drum majors comport themselves
