Hoop tutorial for a fairly easy hoop trick, that looks pretty darn cool.
ANOTHER TIP-Actually start with your left shoulder raised up a bit, lay the hoop on it and QUICKLY pull your shoulder down and the hoop should continue around your back if it has enough momentum. doing this, you may not even need to do the neck thing.

that hoop is about 38", its a 3/4" OD polypro. if youre a beginner, you probably want to start with a heavier larger hoop. depends on how tall you are, id recommend a hoop that comes up a couple inches (or more) above your belly button. you probably also want to use a thicker tube hoop also. if you need more detailed info, message me & i can send you a bunch of links & other info hoops. Great videos! I love your little hoop space!! What kind of hooks do you use to hang your hoops? They look like clamps from here.

thanks!! i know, i am so lucky to have such a great hoop space!
the hooks are just plastic hooks that stick to the wall with that peel off strip on the back. theyre nice cuz theyre big.
