Quebec's Gaz Metro came into this state and is buying out 90 percent of our utilities for a reason - our USA corporate welfare in the millions. the "vote" in Lowell was skewed and no one in Eden, Craftsbury, Albany - OR anyone paying huge taxes on their retirement homes could NOT vote . .. Oklahoma Trip Wileman could not sell houses up on the ridge he inherited - so he went with this . knowing it was not green

Vermont voted in the thirties for NO mountain development. It has been proved that Industrial wind is ONLY beneficial for corporations and the corrupt politicians taking cash behind the scenes. This is about chasing the millions in non-pay-back-able federal incentives. the industrial wind turbines use more gas and oil than they give back in electric. Vermont is a solar/hydro state. You are right - this is corruption!!!
