You have to wonder what a version written for the Sam coupe would have looked like. I was blown away by prince of persia for the Sam Coupe considering it's an 8 bit machine. Great colors.

It sure isn't pretty, but it appears to run Deathchase at a decent clip - just search for "Atari 8-bit Spectrum" on youtube.
And I wasn't knocking SAM, in fact I'm trying to learn everything I can about this system... Quite fascinating - an 8-bit computer system I still haven't heard about!

This is a testament to the genius of simplicity that was Spectrum, rather than the power of SAM. Atari 8-bit could emulate Speccy for crying out loud!

I didn`t say it was emulating it, it`s patched code running natively on a SAM, you`ve misunderstood. Which Atari 8-bit can emulate a speccy, and can it do it full speed I wonder?
