These particular 6 scenes from random movies I've seen always struck me as so unexpected and random, especially the first time you see them. Unlike most death scenes in movies, there is really no build up, it just happens. They are numbered in relative levels of increasing "unexpectedness". hope you enjoy.

Movies:
The Poseidon Adventure
The Thing
Final Destination
Deep Blue
Final Destination 2
The Departed

  • I find Final Destination out of place. All deaths are supposed to be like this.

  • @Fbiguy yeah i'll give you that one

  • it's deep blue sea, not deep blue. deep blue sounds like a lame surfing movie.

  • @Heating56 their appearance yes, but how the dead people transform into necromorphs does look like the thing rite? especially in the 2011 movie i have 2 say. And the divider is based on the thing because is made of the divider appendages which attack u, and thats similar to what the thing does sometimes

  • I think you maybe need to register your hypercam. lol

  • the 4th one pretty much was meant to happen lol

  • @Fbiguy acctually inspirtation for Necromorphs (Dead Space series) came from really bad car crash victims

  • The one from the departed was obvious. Well, slightly. You just knew something was gonna happen when the elevator opened up.

  • @TheGlock80 the necromorphs are actually partially based off of "the thing" in the movie, especially the divider. watch both the 2011 and the 1982 "the thing" movies to see why. Or just look up particular scenes on youtube.

  • @kevinmat because the Grim Reaper is after them, and he doesn't miss a thing.
