The meal after i workout i meant to say, referring to post workout. A very important meal after a hard workout that will help repair muscle an recovery. Pizza contains 3000 cals. Rice an chicken wings come to 1500. 2 sandwhiches come to 700 cals. Things like mayo buttery garlic dip an ranch dip about 500 calories. The calories are not exactly acurate but it will be somewhere around there. I also explain my stomach disorder gastroptosis which allows my stomach to expand an contract in many different ways. I can pretty much eat endless amounts of fat because my body will just burn it off. I can also eat very large amounts of food an after i look like im pregnant! LoLLL

  • @fanboy15able the most food at once was at a place called NaNa 7 japaneese steakhouse. they have all you can eat sushi. i prolly ate around 100 rolls of sushi an sashimi. me an my friends were there prolly for like almost 4 hours!

  • that garlic pizza looks very tasty and I always loved white rice even as a child, I eat it every day :-)

  • Definitely time for another one after seeing all this food... But maybe show some exercises before u show off results....Need to see how you turn all these calories into diabolical abs that can vacuum and do other stuff.
