Shelley Conn & Naomi Scott (The Circle)

Shelley Conn (born in 1976 in Barnet, Greater London of British and Sri lankan descent) is an English actress. The great niece of actress Merle Oberon (Oberon's brother was Conn's grandfather). She lives in London. After drama school, she had a series of bit-parts in various British films, before coming to prominence in Series Five of the popular BBC One series Down to Earth. In 2001, she picked up the role of PC Miriam Da Silva in BBC1's Mersey Beat and an irregularly recurring role in Casualty - both of which starred her current boyfriend, Jonathan Kerrigan. In 2002, she made her West End theatre stage debut in three plays in December 2002, after transferring from Stratford-upon-Avon in the Royal Shakespeare Company's Jacobean Season at the Gielgud Theatre - The Island Princess, Eastward Ho! and The Roman Actor. She has now developed her roles between all three media (television, film and theatre), with a series of leading roles in various small budget European as well as British films; BBC character dramas such as The Innocence Project; and occasional returns to the RSC. She starred as Ashika Chandiramani in the BBC series Party Animals. In early 2008, She starred as Miranda Hill in The Palace, as Jessica in Mistresses and as Neela Sahjani in Trial & Retribution. In 2009 she appeared as Claire in Dead Set. She has been chosen by Steven Spielberg to be one of the leads in his new $150 million TV series Terra Nova, expected to air in late 2011. Naomi Scott (born 6 May 1993) is an English actress, singer and musician. She is best known for her role as Mohini "Mo" Banjaree in the Disney Channel Original Movie Lemonade Mouth, and as Megan in the Disney Channel UK series Life Bites. She will also co-star in the upcoming Steven Speilberg-produced series Terra Nova. Scott was born in London, England. Her mother is a Ugandan-raised Indian and her father is British. She attended Davenant Foundation School. During her time at Davenant Foundation School she began her singing career with the Bridge Church Youth Band and performed regularly in school musical and drama productions. She was later discovered by British pop singer Kelle Bryan from the all-girl band Eternal, who signed her as a client. She went to work with British songwriters and producers Xenomania. Her first major acting role was a Disney Channel UK series Life Bites. In 2010, she was cast as Mohini "Mo" Banjaree in the 2011 Disney Channel Original Movie Lemonade Mouth, her first role in an American production. She will also co-star in the series Terra Nova which slated to premiere in Fall 2011 on Fox.

I remember Shelley Conn from Mistresses, and Naomi from Lemonade Mouth. They do look like they could be mother and daughter. I can't wait for the show.
