Nicely done!. It's always woth practicing that's for sure. I came off my Big Game a couple of week ago and was unable to re-enter due to a flooded drysuit. Though that is difficult to prepare for!. Nice video, keep em coming.

Nice video.
Hope it was an old iPhone!
Just bought myself an Overboard Waterproof iPhone Case from Scott Lovig Hobie. Comes with a tether and you can still use the phone and cameras through the case. Hope I never have to use it though!
Look forward to your next video.

Great vid man......sorry to hear about the phone!
Solid work! Everyone should go out and practice.
Couple notes: Gear in the storage well would impede the stern entry. Here in the USA, many open water anglers use a bait tank.
Also, most kayakers save those who use the Pro Angler will probably self-rescue over the side. If they do come over the bow or stern, they'll do it on their bellies, not stand up and step over the seat as you did.
Curious - do the side accessory rails get in the way of a PA side entry?
RIP those two. Safety first!

@KayakFishingZone - You are right about the lack of gear on the yak. I'd normally have my trolley and gear bucket there. In an emergency, if I had to, I'd just ditch that stuff. It's replaceable. For the sake of this exercise I wasn't going to risk losing my gear. I did a video called "Grumpy Old Men" where I re-enter a Revolution from the side. Normally I'd have a fishfinder on the side rail of the PA so a rear entry is better for me, and probably easier for a guy my size. 6'2" and 100kg.
