I find the Pagano diet which that alleges that liver detoxification clears up psoriasis (p) very suspect. I quit smoking and detoxed myself and I GOT (p) for the 1st time. The rest of my skin looks healthier than ever and my general health is improved on so many levels. I also had a near death experience at 17 and have had a healing gift since then (no joke) that DID help me quit smoking and normally strengthens my immune system and helps me heal. But (p) is due to immune STRENGTH not weakness.
