As bad as Verizon's surcharges and hidden fees may be, at least they provide more reliable service than the steaming pile of shit you get with Time Warner Cable.

Why does he speak with an upper class English accent then at the end in strong cockney go "who's gonna bloody pay for this suit" --- It would be like a guy speaking in an upper class old New England accent then at the end in full Brooklyn style goin "Forgeddaboutit!" ------ SO annoying!

I don't care what you say. I've had it with internet phone. Hiss, lost sounds, and irritatingly bad service. Call up any of these VOIP services and listen to the sound quality!!! I have Verizon and I'm glad to be spending the Xtra bucks.
