hey apparently rbe doesn't work with 69XX cards and i found that out after i tried modding my dual bios 6950's (i modded the 6970 bios they came with) only to a slightly higher voltage, but due to incompatibility it crashes at windows boot, i'm wondering if you would know how to replace the fucky edited bios with the old one i saved, the problem lies in the fact that it has to be physically switched to the other bios on the card but if i do that the system wont boot...

New prob: bios flash was fully succesful. I went to 1.32v (to start) but the problem I have now is that I cant us any of my overclocking utilities to overclock, rivatuner doesnt have the option anymore, and I cant OC in CCC. I switched back to my original BIOS and now its working fine. Any way around this?

Hmm, well did you use any voltage adjustment tools inside of rivatuner?

One prob though, I have a 4870 and its voltage is 1.263 (thats already the max in radeon bios editor D: ) how do I get a higher voltage? ive heard you can have a 'safe' voltage of up to 1.4, and if I were to use 1.4 (or 1.35'ish) would I have to change it for every column?
