@yyportne it is. at least to a certain degree. you could for example use a backpack filled with bottles of water or other weights to squat or do chinups (great for chinups are trees or climbing constructions at a playground). you can also use a crate of beer or whatever, put that heavy backpack upon it to deadlift, row or maybe front squat. just be creative!
Hes talking about old school rows. Everything he talks about is basically an exercise that has been used for years. The row is, at its core, when you take a barbell when racked on the bottom of a power rack dead lift it off the floor, bend over (machine sure though that you arch your back and leave all the tension on the legs) and your pull the weight up to your lower abdomen.
Is it possible to do Sean Nalewanyjs program without having to go to the gym? And if it is possible to do it from home about how much weight do you need? I am really interested in his program but I do not have a lot of equipment or money. Thanks.

If you can't afford the gym, find items around your home that are heavy to use. Also pushups and other manual workouts work great.
