Easiest way to get GBA emulator (IPOD TOUCH)!!!!

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Add http://www.sinfuliphonerepo.com into cydia.
2. Download and install gpSPhone Cracked
3. Add http://apt.123locker.com into cydia.
4. Download and install GBA BIOS file
5. Download any game package you want! They're labeled in alphabetical order.

The BIOS file says "forbidden" and will not load. Is there another repo with this BIOS file or is my ipod touch just screwed up?
