@TheCannonbore Doesn't look like crashing to me. My 5800 web browser has crashed and had some bugs but the phone itself hasn't just turn off, if I remember right. looks like the battery ended when the lcd screen kinda stopped receiving electricity or something.. If that phone has just been purchased the battery wasn't probably charged enough even if the phone shows that it has 3 bars left. Usually new phones should be charged before using

i have this phone..what i can say is i need a dedicated key of NEXT,PAUSE,AND PREVIOUS for music player so i don't need to touch the screen and unlock it first when i listening to music
