Lemieux did not deserve anything, ok the hit wasn´t really fair, but watch yourself it happens in NHL every day and the way Draper stood on the ice was a bad one, take any other Hockey pro and he would do the same.

The name of the game is hockey. It is ugly. Lemieux, Howe, Avery, Barnaby, Pronger, the list goes on forever. If you lace up, it goes with the territory. They are paid well...Howe wasn't but heck. Stop complaining about any of it. Lemieux this, Lemieux that...seems like he got messed up, over something he did. It is ancient history.

There are players like Joe Sakic and Yzerman who are clean and we all love but for everyone of those guys you have dirty players. Its just the nature of the sport.

As a fan of hockey and the NHL... this SUCKER punch is whats wrong with ppl. just to say the bertuzzi ordeal was "a bit overkill" just shows your ignorance.
