In KG's only matchup vs Dirk in the playoffs, Dirk averaged 33.3 points per game and KG's team was swept. Yeah, that's some GREAT defense!

@celtslammer911 No, the reason Shaq, Garnett, and Bynum have rings is because they have superstar teammates, something Dirk has not had since Nash.

And your "physical play" comment is a joke. Dirk has an easy time scoring against Garnett, and putting a center on him is moronic, which is why you never see teams try it.

Also, his points and rebounds go UP in the playoffs, not down. So you're showing ignorance from every angle possible.

@jan279 gotta agree with this one. I've been a Nash fan since 2001 and even I can attest to this statement of him being just an all star during his Mavs days. He truly came into his own and cemented his superstar status when he went to the Suns.

@shadyparadox I think Steve Nash wasn't superstar-caliber in Dallas. He was all-star level but not superstar.
