Does gpsfix have to be on 1sec in order to function speed properly?
-
@spergAdam last winter i tested x10 in thick tree covered forest while sking and gps worked well, but usually it takes over 3mins to get gps signal, I bought X10m for military service and after 2-3 month use it breakdown (screen stoped workin). parts that will easily break are the bezel, strap and the screw which keeps battery cover and a strap in place.

Looks like a fantastic watch am thinking of buying one.
Only question, what happens if you try to use it in thick tree cover, or indoors will the GPS loose signal?
-
How long does the battery last.

my personal favourite watch is by nite watches. Buts it's the Nite MX10

@KiiNgofTheCastle Lmfao, who do you think you are ..? The price you spend on such a watch is actually great considering its features. Now stick to your damn $10 watches...
-
in sweden it costs 5500 kronars wich is ALOT!!
-
@mirtaed123 altitude can also be measured using the gps signal ;) usually thats the way its done on better watches
-
@realistik33 haahaaa.. great way to say it nicely but straight forward. although i suppose that this watch would even inspire a couch potatoe to walk down his driveway to see the numbers change on his watch, but that would be just abuot it. this is a serious watch and quite popular among military and outdoor users. Can it monitor heart rate though?

and i got one. It's really useful for my job.
loll...Nice watch man..
how much did you buy it for?

I bought it for $511. It is around that price, the non military version with positive display though can be found for around $400.

the plane computer says 800 km/h the watch says 125 kh/h... what's going on here?
TomLakovic 2 years ago
Actually 125Km is the distance travelled, the speed is in the upper part of the display where it says 886Km/h when the planes monitor showed 881Km/h so they matched almost completely.
