Attention Everyone. When I say rustic, I mean it as a compliment. It means that I like the beautiful wooden log homes. I love the design of the homes.They are very lovely. Please don't be offended. I enjoyed the beauty of the architecture. I saw the lake and enjoyed it too, thank you. This is a lovely area. I really enjoyed it and I give the town of McCall a thousand applauses for being the beautiful town that it is.

its Payette lake you dumbass and i live here in mccall not to even an 1/8 of a mile from the lake and its not rustic it has taken thousands of dollars to get mccall looking like this so why dont you just shut up and tape the lake and enjoy our awesome beautiful area

Hiya DalesBug. You know, who cares how you define the lake housing? Some of my fondest memories are of Cascade and the occasional trip to McCall. I learned how to fly fish on cascade resevoir, and for those of you old enough, you will recall the 'T dock' at the South end of the lake. Does anyone out there remember Cleve Warham? What a great old man. I love Idaho. I am stuck in Vegas. Enough said?

It is called Payette Lake, NOT Pacent. Dude read a sign! Named for Francois Payette, a French-Canadian fur trapper and later the head of the Fort Boise trading post for the Hudson Bay Company from 1835-44.

um sir those so called "rustic" homes you passed on the lake are over half a million. i know this because i live in one. so i appreciate if you wouldn't refer to my house a a rustic log cabin because it is far from. Glad you can admire my town.
