ok. to everyoine who was asking:

i didnt get a "nose job".

something was wrong with my sinuses and they had to remove something from my nose. but it was on the inside so there were no noticable changes on the outside.

Maybe a polyp. You definitely don't need a conventional "rhinoplasty" or "nose job". You're fine as you are. :-)

What you're high off of is more than likely the Versed - it's like a really potent form of Valium (both benzodiapines) but a lot shorter acting, makes you quite happy with not a care in the world. It's what they give you right before the anesthesia. Hope you're feeling okay. I have to have a deviated septum fixed and I hear that's painful!

Hey i have a deviated septum how did that turn out. I also don't have a piece that seperates the nostrils or what ever it seperates. I have so much sinus trouble.

I was told I had a deviated septum. I went down to Belfast thinking they where going to tell me about what's going to happen no they tell me to take nose spray and come back in November.
