When Indias Janalakshmi chose a CRM it saw no reason to compromise on standards just because its a microfinance company in a developing country. Industrial strength, low capital expenditure, scalability, and the ability to integrate easily with existing software systems were all on its wish list. Only Salesforce CRM was able to fulfil all of the requirements. Point-and-click tools made it easy for Janalakshmi to customise Salesforce CRM to meet its business needs exactly. Now employees know exactly what needs to be collected from whom, when, and where on every day of the month.
