They have to say talk to your doctor about it because if they don't they are prescribing without a license and can get sued if something goes wrong or if someone misinterprets how to do a juice fast (like yahoopl3 who continued to eat meat while removing most fiber and consuming large quantities of high calorie juice instead of starting slow getting his or her body used to the enzymes in low calorie, raw, green, alkalizing juices, then going off meat for a week or two THEN straight juice.)
