Runescape - Thieving: Blackjacking Menaphite Thugs (Best thieving xp!)

Here you see how i am thieving at the "Menaphite Thugs" in Pollniveach. this can run up to 300k xp per hour if done very fastly, in this video i show you 280k per hour, because i'm thieving for hours 300k is impossible to keep doin.. Wearing a regen bracelet helps a bit, but is unnecessary.

You need to have noted wines in your inventory in case you need food.
There's a shop to the north where you sell the wines and buy them to unnote.

id rather thiev from monkey guards. its easier, and its a steady 250k xp per hour, and 100k+ GP per hour
