Jason, we want to know what happened! Did you find more rats....maybe in the walls? What had to be done to the house to restore it?

@Stressed2Capacity After the initial inspection we spoke with the property owner about how this issue would need to be eliminated. About 30 seconds into the conversation she said that she had a friend who would take care of it for her. Two months later we were called to a home on the same block and just wanted to drive past the infested house. A sign was on the property where the house use to stand and stated that it was condemned by the City of Fort Worth and was torn down..... The End!

There is absolutely nothing old fashion about snap traps. We recently had a mouse/nest problem. Found the nest with 10-15 baby mice. Got rid of them. So far, in less than two weeks, I have caught 6-8 mice with Victor rat traps. Very cheap and very effective! By the way, I use peanut butter as bait. They sure love that stuff.
