Uhaul in Spokane Valley double-charges people. I reserved a truck on their website at about 9pm on Friday to use Saturday, thinking I would return it before 9pm the next day (1 day = 24 hours, right?). Got to the U-haul place about 9:30pm, and they insisted that I have it back to them by 7am Saturday - they said they had other people reserving it for Saturday. After about 20 minutes arguing with the manager, I told them to stick it, and went somewhere else.

I believe you... no one would go to this length if it were not true. Contact me. If you can positively identify the person who stole your money, I will get it back for you. It's amazing how easy it is to get your money back when you employ the proper methods. I will also need dates so I can collect the appropriate interest.

So you did not do business adequately with U-Haul. By that I mean you did not read the documents you signed. If that wasn't ignorant already you also managed to mis-spell during in your video. "Durring?" Your ignorance is highlighted in your failure to read and spell correctly. Also this could have been written on a blog page instead of wasting everyone's time with this "video." You have no money and no food but you can waste your time and ours by making and posting this crap.
