Flozell Adams is a classic example of what happens when talented player goes to a team that demands accountability. In Dallas, he played for an organization that talked a good game, but was more interested in putting on a show and making money. There also were no real consequences for his mistakes — illegal procedures being the biggest — but when he went to Pittsburgh those errors were cut down because he played for an organization that emphasized accountability.
