Vincent ( Starry Starry Night ) Mouskouri

here is a lovely rendition of Don McLean's classic hit sung beautifully by Nana Mouskouri with wonderful orchestral backing...the orchestral accompaniment adds so much to Ms Mouskouri's performance of this great song.

i really love the muted trumpet(harmon?) shot note at 1:32...neat effect out of nowhere

i envy those with a good sound system hooked up to their computer; you can hear all the delicate playing of the orchestra and get a full soundstage.

take note, i'll be removing this video in the future and replacing w another...triggering 3rd party filter

i's new to this video production thing, so my videos will tend to be weak visually...my efforts are put towards getting the best sound i can in trying to share music from my ecclectic collection

My favorite painting ever. It came to NY and I sat in front of it 6 hours and 2 security guards came and stood next to me. The next week I was in Amsterdam by chance and it returned. I went again and this time sat staring at it 8 hours, this time with 6 security guards staring at me. Fuckem. Its the best and it MOVES ! But Interpol must have said- "Its Him again !" HAHAHAHA

i have watched theirs, thank you. i enjoy mouskouri's version too. van gogh had denounced God but he painted 'starry night' in search of a creator, he mentions this himself in his letters, i didnt see this aspect hightlighted in the videos. thank you for ur videos.
