I didn't want it to sound anything like Tera Melos. As an "artist" I am supposed to be able to "help/allow people to use a(n) individual perception/perspective and theory of/on why something the artist created makes them feel a certain way" Judging from your comments I did my job well, thanks for letting me know it :)

Under "normal" circumstances, there is no reason to play something that has already been played. No one should sound like anyone else.

that is an extremely false statement. listen to Tera Melos, listen to Hella, listen to Don Cab, listen to Lightning Bolt, listen to Hayworth. All are completely organized, yet still crazy, bands. You just don't like it, but it is packed fulllll of musical content, and quite impressive.
