Why not just use combofix then Malwarebytes.... then turn off the proxy thingies and my guess is everything is gone... (just check @hijackthis)

Wow , ESET really took a beating on this one, but the good thing about it is...,.ESET still came out on top......which proves a point......I think that in the future that ESET will put all other antivirus companies out of business........who agrees with me????

ESET Smart Security 4.0 is the way to go. ESET NOD32 4.0 is still great, but SS is better.

my tip - do not ever save many files on your desktop what have got more than 500MB because it will slow down your PC!
