Sometime in the early 90's a group of guy's that were'nt good enough to play fastpitch or baseball got together and decide, "hey let's just do our own thing and toss the ball in there real slow so that we can all hit it" 20 years later and you're all still tossing eachothers ball's. I also play Baseball and Slo-pitch and it is by far a lot easier for me to hit a 400 bomb in Slo-Pitch. Hell my GF hits "Bombs" is Slo-pitch.

Wood bat softball needs to make a come back. That is the way the game is supposed to be played. With the composite shaved bats nowadays pretty much everybody can hit one out. I will never go back to softball until it's wood bats only.
