i just done my first session on the yrg course. i gotta say , i did underestimate it. my legs were shaking half way threw the beginner course and i was sweating and my heart pounding. i do 17 miles mountain biking of a weekend and swimming and treadmill in the week. this works!! oh and i have sciatica thats why i want to do this!
