the link selection tool is very good. The rest of it makes me feel like I'm using a beta version. Everyone I use ctrl-x to cut and paste a clip it enters the mode.
Very disappointed. I hope that avid brings out a patch soon to properly disable this feature. That way you have the choice, like on a camera, to go all automatic, or manual. That way everyone's happy.
