Thanks for your comment. The painting is by Jacob Jordaens, a 17th Century Dutch painter, and is called The King Drinks. It shows the Feast of the Three Kings. The king is the artist's father-in-law, the painter Adam van Noort. Who the woman is holding the baby, we don't know, but she's wiping the child's arse, as mother's do. Imagine doing that in the middle of McDonalds!
