Just like any other American. Maybe he was what you call a "crook." But thats what Americans do we are given opportunity and we take it. As stated in this speech "To become the worlds leading space bearing nation. They and He, and this speech is a TRUE testament to the absolute tribute of Americans and their desire to succeed, conquer, and prosper.

I respect Kennedy, but factually his father was a crook. He was super shady (but most politicians are). His wealth and influence made him. His mob ties (The mob stuffed his ballots in illinois, getting him his presidency) and his betrayal of the mob got him killed. My favorite presidential speaker, he did very well during a tough time as a pragmatist and not a ridiculous liberal ideologue (obama). Incredibly flawed, but a leader (not obama). Taste of reality.

dont believe all that BS, because thats what it was BS, written by those old bitter men who were jealous of Kennedy, his looks, his family, his wealth. Martin Luther King was NO SAINT either, and YET KING is treated like a SAINT, and he was nothing of the kind.
