This cell shows an ABB IRB6600 handleing in and out flow from a Okuma multiturning machine.
Tasks to be performed by the robot:
* Load & reload the part in machine fixture
* Cleaning of fixture by blowing air ondifferent places
* Verification of correctly mounted partusing a laser sensor
* Locate position and orientation of the parton conveyor with vision system.
* Burring/light machining of all edges on part
* Assembly of threaded guidance pin & verification
* Palletizing 6 parts per layer, 3 layers in height
* Handling of middle sections in pallet with a vacuum gripper
