Yes it is the 327 4-barrel totally original last serviced by opel in 1982! but sadly I took out the engine for my Rekord C Coupe which I keep here in the UK now the Diplomat was sold back to Germany it was hard to do as the Diplo was in such good original condition but I had to choose and the Rekord won!
If it has the 327 v8 in it then NEVER change the engine, cus those engines are fucking unkillable, you need to drop a frikkin a bomb to destroy those engine, you know why? if not, then it because opel blew up chevy v8's after chevy v8's to get a engine that was solid enough to get the beating from driving fast on the autoban without blowing up!
