I don't think he was an attention whore and I don't think it was bullshit! With his confessions it helped the cops close many cases, and everything he says was backed up by mafia members, cops and even allies who knew him. Read the book by Philip Carlo he explains everything. I know that what he done was evil, but you have to admit that finally getting an inside from a killer/hitman himself is frightening but at the same time fascinating, interesting and jaw dropping. Evil but one of a kind.
