After this exercises, If you get sore take a day off and make sure you drink plenty of water and eat lots of lean protein such as chicken or fish. If you are vegetarian I recommend rice, beans and vegetables. Depending on your skills try and do this exercises 4-5x a week for 2 weeks. If you are advanced in belly dancing I suggest doing all 3 videos one a time every other day. But If you are beginner at this I suggest waiting 2 weeks for the next step. If you have any question please let me know.
