US condemns 'odious' Taliban attack in Pakistan

The US has condemned what it calls the "odious attack" which killed at least 80 people in northwest Pakistan.




The Pakistani Taliban said they bombed the mostly paramilitary police recruits to avenge the death of Osama bin Laden.




The bodies of three victims have been given a ceremonial memorial service in their home town close to the tribal areas bordering Afghanistan.




The Islamists who back al Qaeda had promised reprisals against Islamabad and its security forces. They chose the Frontier Constabulary at Charsadda.

Let me ask this- USA kills Bin laden, forces inside Pakistan were protecting him, yet the Taliban "retaliates" and attacks Pakistan? the same people that aided in his hiding for years? something sounds odd about t his scenario. Not that I'm complaining but It doesn't make any sense that they would be doing this to them but nothing to America. Conspiracy? doubtful but who knows, either way this war on terror/Pakistan war is long from over, and may have even just got worse..

@PanzerBlitz43 You have India in the way of Pakistan though. India will always be a threat to Pakistan and India is America's lapdog their 'national call centre' if you will. Take India out and Pakistan can focus fully on ties with China and then and only then can we stir up anything against the US.

I seriously hope the US stops bribing all those corrupt Pakistan officials. Then Pakistan will be free to join with China, Russia and Afghanistan in an alliance against America, boot out every terrorist pillaging and murdering american from their countries, stop all US transports cold, and shoot down their child killing drones with China's jet fighters which they just purchased. Once American nazis are driven away from that region, they will have peace.

How odious is America? America is the source of global terrorism. It murders CHILDREN and FAMILIES every single day. I don't see the Taliban or the other tribes (for example the Pashtun which is the majority of Afghanistan which hates the US and fights them, Taliban is actually the minority of the resistance) murdering millions in illegal invasions of sovereign states. That's what the USA does.
