@thereitstuff while the yankees may spend more $ than other teams its not their fault they have the money to do so. they are very talented, thus generate revenue because people spend lots of money to go to their games b/c they're a great team. you can't blame them for having fans. the red sox exemplify poor sportsmanship to the maximum level and therefore have fewer fans. you can't hate on the yankees for having fans wanting to pay a lot to watch the greatest team in baseball history.
