first of all its bahai and no. Baha'u'llah is but before he died he said my eldest son Abdul Baha will take over as head of the faith and so he did. Before Abul Baha died he said in his will that his grandson shogi effendi would become the guardian of the faith. So he did but shogi effendi died with no body to take over so we refered back to Baha'u'llah's writings and he told us 9 members will be elected as the universal house of justice and not they lead the faith.
