Cops, unprovoked, use Taser gun on Columbia, MO man

For those of you not framiliar with Columbia (I live here) It's also the town where a cop (Steven Rios) murdered his gay lover and tried to cover it up.  The Columbia police dept. was "helpful" in my opinion.

So from what I saw, he was "coming down" and not in danger, but becuase hes SO HUGE the white skinny cops tased him?

Columbia PD abuse the shit out the taser guns. I dont think they are racist I just think their tired of dealing with niggers 80% and who cause more problems 80% then that of a white or other. I reckoned to believe that if Columbia didn't have so many black people, we would't have so many police with sticks up their ass tired of dealin with bullshit niggas

or CPD could have used something called a brain... they could have detoured the traffic and put something below to break his fall before doing something (like tazing) that would clearly make him fall.. seriously do you have to have an IQ or 80 or below to be on the CPD... little kids could do a better job than these fucking morons.
